You can rely on ERLAS!
We manufacture components, build systems according to customer requirements and comply with normative and legal regulations. In order to be able to guarantee this, we have been certified according to the following standards:
- DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- EN ISO 3834-2
- EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011
- EN 1090-2:2018; EXC3
- EN 15085-2; CL1
Our quality management and quality assurance take effect throughout the entire process, starting with your enquiry through to the delivery of your components or the installation of your machine.
All project participants are aware of their responsibility in every phase of a project.
The available test equipment and test methods are effective and multi-layered, so that all quality-relevant characteristics, data, etc. are monitored, recorded and, of course, evaluated by means of SPC (Statistical Process Control) to maintain and prove process stability in close coordination with the customer. Our specially trained personnel use the following test equipment or test methods:

Our specially trained personnel use the following test equipment or test methods:
- ScopeCheck 3D (CNC tactile coordinate measurement with max. 800 mm x 100 mm x 700 mm workpiece size)
- FlatScope 2D (optical matrix 2D scanner for reliable serial inspection of flat workpieces)
- Calibrated manual measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial gauges, micrometers, etc. and gauges, such as limit plug gauges
- Roughness measurement
- Hardness measurement:
UCI hardness test according to DIN 50159-2 Vickers HV5
Micro hardness test according to ISO 6507-2 Vickers HV1
Rockwell hardness test according to ISO 6508-2 / in the test range 20-65 HRC
- Laser power measurement
- Noise level measurement
- Creation of macrosections for the evaluation and measurement of welds
- Level 2 visual inspections (VT2) (non-destructive testing in the sectors "welded products" / "(A) service inspection in manufacturing and maintenance")
- Level 2 dye penetrant testing (PT2) (non-destructive testing of "permanent joints of category III and IV according to Annex I, section 3.1.3 of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU / "(A) Service inspection during manufacture and maintenance")
If required, we have further testing facilities available at short notice after consultation with cooperating partners and scientific institutes.
